While we want you to be completely satisfied and confident in your purchase, please be aware that our exchange policy is not intended to be abused. We do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unworn items, as long as any issues are reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or has been altered. Our goal is to help you find the perfect piece, while ensuring that our exchange policy is used responsibly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return & Refund Policy (Online Orders Only)
At Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines:
- Return Notification: Customers have 24 hours from the time they receive or sign for their package to notify us of their intention to return an item for a refund.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to TajGoldandDiamondJewelers@gmail.com or call us at (253) 236-2757.
- Once we receive your notification, we will call you within 48 hours to confirm the details of your return.
- After confirmation, we will issue a UPS EXPRESS return label to the customer.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers will inspect it for any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- If the item is approved for return, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping fee and a $50 return shipping fee.
- Refund Eligibility: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn condition and free of damage. Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage during the customer’s possession.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount.
- Orders that involve customization or alterations (such as ring sizing, bracelet resizing) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Custom orders are also FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
