Effective Date: Feb 1, 2025 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers website located at www.TajGoldandDiamondJewelers.com and all associated websites linked to Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “the Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Site, and constitute an agreement between you and Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers. Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will take effect immediately upon posting the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase items from the Site.

Product Availability

If an item is listed as “Sold Out”, please contact us to inquire about its availability. Sometimes due to high demand, an item may go out of stock before we can update the Site. If this happens, we will reach out to you directly with possible alternatives.
We make every effort to ensure accurate product data, including prices, but errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or data errors. If an incorrect price is displayed, we will either contact you for further instructions before processing the order or cancel the order and notify you. We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If the item has already shipped, you agree to return it or pay the difference.

Pricing Policy

We accept payment from major credit cards issued in the United States, and all billing and shipping addresses must be within the continental United States. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal (online only).
After placing an order, we will verify the payment method and shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order without explanation. If an order is rejected, we will notify you using the contact details you provided. The shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card used.
Our online prices are final and cannot be negotiated. These prices are typically lower than in-store prices and only apply to online purchases. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers accepts returns for online orders only if they meet the guidelines below.
Return Notification: Customers have 24 hours from the time they receive or sign for their package to notify us of their intent to return an item for a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at TajGoldandDiamondJewelers@gmail.com or call us at (253) 236-2757.
After receiving your return request, we will confirm the details within 48 hours and provide a UPS EXPRESS return label.
The returned item must be in unworn, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
Refund Eligibility: Once we receive the item and it is approved for return, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and a $50 return shipping fee.
Custom & Altered Items: Custom-made or altered jewelry, including resized items, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase for unworn items. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if you wish to exchange it.
The item must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value, and exchanges are allowed for a one-time only transaction.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount.

Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes are limited to one per customer per transaction and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Coupons are not valid for gold coins or special offers.
We reserve the right to terminate promotions or cancel orders in the event of typographical or system errors.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information, but please note that product sizes and colors may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process or monitor settings.
Product measurements and weights provided on the Site are based on manufacturer specifications and may have slight tolerances.

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Taj Gold & Diamond Jewelers regarding the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
